While taking in the beauty of my parent's backyard, I asked myself, what could I photograph amidst all of this natural splendor? As it was approaching lunchtime, it only seemed fitting:

We spent Easter at Mom G's in Westchester and proceeded to stuff our faces on a bounty of delectable dishes. From the War of Pizza Rusticas, to the crespelle with bolognese, the stuffed lamb and an assortment of sides, it was one of the better meals we've had lately.

Nikki and I have a ton of segments that we will be posting this week. For starters, feast your eyes on a photo album of some of the dishes from Mom G's Christmas Eve Feast of the Fishes Spectacular.
BTW, the pasta con sarde (pictured below), which was a new addition to her menu, was so phenomenal that we will be obtaining the recipe from her and then Nikki will cook it, I'll tape it, and we'll blow it out on the blog.
